  • Pilates

    Learning and applying the 5 basic principals of pilates. Assess and personalize your exercises and learning to execute the exercises in a safe and effective way. You will be ready to enjoy your first beginner mat class.

  • Barre

    Body By Anna Barre Method is a mid-intensity, low-impact class and it is a great way to sculpt and tone your body.

  • Sleek Technique Bootcamp

    Gracefully progress from beginner to advanced and experience the joy of dancing. This is a fun, cardio-based ballet bootcamp. All levels welcome.

  • Cardio

    Cardio is a full body workout. It will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. You will feel the burn. Some cardio classes may have a focused muscle group.

  • Flow

    You will move through sequences which focus on strength, stability and flexibility. Props may be included.

  • Resistance Training

    Using bands and weights for resistance to strengthen muscles. You will build long and lean muscles.

  • Stretch & Mobility

    In this class you will align the physical and mental stillness as well as gentle movement. Props such as bands and small balls assist in helping you to hold stretching poses longer. The class is followed by a relaxing meditation.

  • Meditation

    Using the Qi Gong Energy healing technique, with its breathing and tension release, I will guide you toward a sense of restarting, stability and calm.

  • Dance

    Some days we'll dance our way through Cardio. No equipment needed, no experience necessary. Just fun, great music and the freedom to move.
